* Organize and supervise complex audit engagements;
* Develop and implement strategies for effective team management during fieldwork;
* Guarantee timely completion of engagements according to established deadlines and quality standards;
* Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery;
* Anticipate and respond promptly to emerging client needs;
* Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, contributing to the development of new business initiatives;
* Represent the company externally through various activities, including seminars, workshops, and publications;
* Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, assisting in their career development.
