You’ll challenge yourself, celebrate wins, and contribute to a story of international growth.Düsseldorf regionWhat will you do?As a Channel Account Manager for the DACH region, you’ll be the trusted partner contact across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You’ll represent Sensolus and strengthen our partner ecosystem through collaboration and growth.Actively identify and onboard new partners aligned with our growth strategyManage and nurture existing partners to become part of our growth story, by embracing the Sensolus values: Perseverance, Ownership, Trust, Customer Centricity and Fun Support partners in training, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative channel ecosystemOversee partner performance and strengthen collaborationGenerate leads together: from co-hosting events and exhibitions to supporting in the fieldCollaborate closely with partners to grow sales of our solutionsWhat do we expect from you?Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience as a partner account ownerA strong technical mindsetFluent in English & German (mandatory), other languages are a strong plusIndependent, proactive, and skilled in building lasting business relationshipsAvailability to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and our HQ in GhentPrior IoT or relevant industry experience is a significant plusWhat do we offer?A hybrid role with the flexibility to work from an office hub in Düsseldorf, all the while being fully supported from our HQ in GhentA competitive salary package based on experience and with variable remuneration20 days of PTO + 10 extra holidays The opportunity to shape our presence in the DACH marketA company culture that values autonomy, growth, and celebrating achievementsBecome part of a growing, international company where there is room for personal growth and developmentA job where you can truly have impact: you'll have ownership and autonomy in your role, giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact and develop initiatives within our partner segment
