What’s ‘In-Store’? – Role Overview
The Senior IMAC Manager DACH is responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring rollout and installation projects for our customers. Acting as the central, primary point of contact they coordinate all aspects of service delivery between customers, internal departments, and external suppliers. Furthermore, they ensure that all projects are executed with high quality, efficiency, and in line with agreed service levels. In this role, they contribute to the retention and transfer of project knowledge and prepare reliable reports on a regular basis for internal and external stakeholders.
Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility
1. Project Management and Reporting (40%)
* Develop project plans in cooperation with suppliers
* Independently manage IMAC projects, including progress, risk, and deviation management
* Prepare regular progress reports
* Ensure knowledge transfer after project completion
* Communicate project progress and dependencies to customers and internal stakeholders
2. Functional Leadership (20%)
* Plan personnel requirements in coordination with the Director of Maintenance
* Train, manage, and develop project team members
* Promote individual development and goal achievement within the project context
3. Customer Relations, Presales, and Communication (20%)
* Work closely with the Account Manager and Service Delivery Manager
* Actively support proposal preparation and presales processes (including pricing calculations)
* Present project status reports to customer committees
* Serve as the point of contact for project-related customer issues
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
4. Supplier Management (20%)
* Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance and Vendor Management
* Manage the technical cooperation with suppliers
* Organize and lead project-related meetings with service providers
* Serve as the point of contact for project-related issues between internal departments and suppliers
