System Test Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop structured test concepts and formulate comprehensible requirements.
* Perform functional tests and analyze the results to ensure well-founded evaluation of requirements and system behavior.
* Support the requirements process from specification creation to validation and verification.
* Immerse yourself in the world of air traffic control system tests, including radar, flight plans, and simulation.
* Coordinate with developers, test engineers, and users to promote agile collaboration and achieve sustainable results.
Requirements:
* Completed studies with a technical or scientific focus in a STEM subject such as computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
* Experience in structured, technology-driven work environments, e.g., IT, engineering, quality assurance, or project management.
* Enthusiasm for complex systems and genuine interest in how technical systems work and interact.
* A willingness to familiarize yourself with modern tools such as JIRA, Dimension RM, or test management systems.
* Strong sense of collaboration, clear communication, and trained eye for detail contribute significantly to project success.
* Linguistic confidence in German and English, enabling smooth communication in an international and interdisciplinary context.
