About The Opportunity As an Junior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for our brand-direct clients and agencies: launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive real results. You’ll guide advertisers across Germany to crush their digital marketing goals, using your mix of data smarts, platform knowledge, and creative thinking. You’ll work closely with the Sales team and all other departments (design, data, insights, etc.), while also collaborating with both local and international Account Managers to build strategies that actually deliver. From kick-off to QBR, you’ll be there every step of the way, owning branding and performance, building relationships, and spotting upsell opportunities that grow your book of business. You’re analytical and tech-savvy, creative when it counts, and cool under pressure. Whether it’s a client fire drill or a campaign breakthrough, you know how to show up, solve problems, and keep things moving. What will you do? Own the client journey: Manage a portfolio of direct clients and agencies across Germany. Run the full show: From campaign prep, uploads, and launch calls to daily optimizations, follow-ups, reporting, and deep-dive analysis - you’ve got it covered. Strategize like a pro: Work hand-in-hand with your clients to build data-backed strategies that align with their business goals. Grow the business: Spot upsell opportunities, pitch with confidence, and expand your accounts like a boss. Make performance sing: Track results, uncover insights, and implement tailored optimizations that actually move the needle. Team up: Collaborate with your team in Hamburg, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Munich and stay tight with our international teammates across Product, Sales, AM, and Marketing. YOUR FIRST YEAR AT TEADS After 3 months: You're a Teads Ad Manager and Amplify expert, confidently using the dashboard. You’ll already be managing first clients and setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns. After 6 months: You’ve successfully developed your first client accounts and play an important role in expanding important key accounts in the German region. After 1 year: You’re an essential part of the Account Management team, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction and growing our existing client business.
