4. Taking responsibility and representing your product and the company both externally and internally as well as supporting sales with technical questions
5. Staying on top of projects, gathering lessons learned throughout the entire project execution, evaluating them, and incorporating them into your product
6. Managing development projects, DtC measures, benchmarks, product maintenance projects, and business case evaluations in the field of water electrolysis and your product
7. Acting as the central contact person for cross-project ad-hoc issues, working under high time pressure to develop solutions with the teams, inform management, and connect with customers
8. Making design decisions, accompany development projects through to implementation, and support them in achieving target costs,, through bottom-up cost models and analyses of scenarios, risks, or deviations
9. Identifying cost-saving potentials, propose design changes, highlight possible risks, and prioritize savings potentials
What You Bring
10. A successfully completed degree in process engineering, electrical or energy engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Knowledge in electrochemistry is a plus.
11. Several years of professional experience in product development and/or technical project or product management, preferably in the hydrogen sector.
12. Proven experience in interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly among development, engineering, project management, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
13. Hands-on experience with electrolysers or systems handling flammable gases.
14. Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions, along with excellent communication skills, including working with remote teams.
15. Willingness to travel and fluency in both English and German.
