As a trainee, you will be involved in key methodologies such as FMEA and learn to think about and manage complex systems in a holistic way.At our Manufacturing Engineering Global Powersystems department, we plan production equipment and machines for the foundry, engine manufacturing, and zero-emission components. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and international partners and vendors - actively shaping the future of manufacturing. Daimler Buses:In the BUS planning division at our Production Planning Body in White & LF-Assembly department, we are shaping the production of the future in order to build the best buses in the world. In doing so, we can draw on the existing know-how in a global production network. As a trainee, you will use modern engineering methods to model, implement and sustainably improve production processes.THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCHBachelor/Master of Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or comparable field.You are experienced in robotics, autonomous technology, hydrogen systems and electrical or electronic components for vehicles You feel joy about innovations with good feeling for customer needs and technical feasibilityFluent in written & spoken EnglishWilligness to travel, high level of flexibility and the ability to adapt to new circumstances at short noticeYou are a visionary and you always have the whole picture and the customer in mindYou are willing to question the status quo with new ideas and perspectivesA start-up mentality, that means being enthusiastic, motivated and pragmaticAbility to work in a global and international cultureYou don’t bring everything with you?
