We are seeking an expert to drive quality excellence across the Europe and Africa Region of Gas Services. You will collaborate with representatives from every domain involved and do what cannot be done to meet and exceed customer expectations.How You’ll Make an Impact
13. Identify and prioritize complex improvement projects in the Europe and Africa Region of Gas Services
14. Implement structured quality management processes
15. Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to enhance process reliability and reduce inefficiencies
16. Maintain up-to-date documentation of risk management activities in the Project Risk Register
17. Facilitate Lessons Learned sessions
What You Bring
18. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, with experience in Project Management, preferably in Gas Services
19. Lean Six Sigma certification (preferably Black Belt) and hands-on experience with related tools and methodologies
20. Expertise in Continuous Improvement and Technical Quality Management, including Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and CAPA
21. Knowledge of risk and quality management standards like ISO 9001
22. Experience with digitalization solutions to enhance reporting processes and the ability to deliver training on quality management
23. Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel globally (20-30%). Fluency in German and English required
