About the Role
We are supporting a growing, mid-sized manufacturing company in the Hamburg area that is currently looking to strengthen its operations team.
The business has a strong order pipeline but needs support to ensure that production and material flow run reliably on a day-to-day basis.
This is a hands-on operational role, not a strategic or management position.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing material orders and supplier communication
* Tracking deliveries and resolving delays
* Supporting production planning and scheduling
* Ensuring material availability for production
* Checking incoming goods and maintaining system accuracy
* Maintaining and improving ERP / master data quality
* Coordinating between:
* Production
* Engineering
* Suppliers
* Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
What This Role Requires
* Experience in:
* Production / manufacturing environments
* Procurement, material planning, or supply chain
* A hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership
* Comfortable working in structured, repetitive, operational tasks
* Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
* Fluent German required
