In this role, you will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with institutional and semi-institutional investors in Germany. You will be responsible for positioning a broad range of investment solutions across public markets (equity, fixed income, multi asset) and private markets (private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate).Your Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key institutional clients such as pension funds, insurers, corporates, foundations and fund buyers such as fund of fundsDrive business development by identifying new leads, managing RFPs, and delivering high-quality client presentationsCollaborate with investment and product teams to effectively position strategies in the marketEnsure excellent client servicing to retain and grow assets under managementContribute ideas for new products and solutions tailored to the German marketYour ProfileUniversity degree in Finance, Economics or a related field; CFA/CAIA is a plusIdeally 10+ years of relevant experience in institutional sales, distribution or fundraisingProven track record in managing and expanding institutional client relationships in GermanyDeep understanding of capital markets and investment solutions across asset classesStrong analytical and communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior-level clientsEntrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to contribute to the sustainable growth of the businessWhy Join?You will become part of a dynamic, international environment where you can make a real impact by shaping client relationships and driving growth in the institutional market.
