About the role As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you will contribute to the overall product strategy, roadmaps, development, and execution of product initiatives for the AnNoText product suite (on-premise solution) drive growth and innovation. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of the product and market dynamics on both. You will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle, ensuring that the product delivers value to customers and aligns with business goals. You will play a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the product is differentiated from competitors in the marketplace. In this role you will participate in the entire lifecycle of the product, working closely with other product managers, product marketing and development teams from product initiation to delivery. Your tasks Product Strategy & Vision: Attribute to the overall strategy Execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities. Co-develop a product roadmap based on customer insights, business objectives, and market conditions. Product Development & Management: Proactively contribute to the product development process from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure successful product delivery. Define requirements and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs. Work closely with engineering teams on assigned topics to ensure timely and qualitative delivery of features. Customer Insights & Market Analysis: Regularly engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to gather feedback from local markets and translate it to global needs Stay up-to-date on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Present product updates, progress, and strategy to (local) stakeholders. Align product goals with sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy. Manage expectations between different stakeholders regarding product priorities. Contribute to product knowledge sharing within the division Your profile University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Law or related field or comparable degree with relevant professional experience 6-7 years of product management experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches. Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment. Proven experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps or Productboard. Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pendo). Strong affinity on technical aspects with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps and align with business goals. Ability to manage multiple products or initiatives simultaneously.
