Your tasks
-As a project manager, you live the Roche Leadership Commitments on a daily basis and set a positive example in matrix leadership. You will work in complex process landscapes in cross-functional project teams.
-You are responsible for ensuring that the project milestones of diagnostic core lab assays are delivered on time and in full quality.
-You are responsible for the design transfer from R&D to Operations (QC) in the context of new product launches and updates and ensure the establishment of robust and sustainable standardization and testing processes for routine use.
-You are responsible for the planning, coordination and timely completion of standardization activities and product releases in the context of quality control.
-You will be responsible for the GMP-compliant and audit-proof preparation of plans, specification documents and reports as well as the processing of approval documents in accordance with applicable guidelines, laws and ISO standards.
-You will provide valuable support in the preparation and implementation of official inspections.
-You will proactively and with foresight drive continuous improvement within the framework of Go Lean, acting as a role model and leading Go Lean activities in cooperation with interface functions in the end-to-end process chain.
-In your exciting and responsible role, you will ensure that the regulatory requirements from IVDD/R, QS-Reg and GxP rules as well as the legal requirements for occupational safety and environmental protection are complied with.
Your profile
Successfully completed scientific university studies in chemistry, biology or biochemistry (preferably with a doctorate, not a must-have)
-You have already gained several years of project management experience in the field of chemical, biochemical and instrumental analysis; you have already successfully implemented ambitious goals in complex process landscapes and interfaces, e.g. in large system or transfer projects.
-You have sound experience in matrix management and collaboration in new implementation, transfer and process optimization projects; ideally also in global committees.
-You have several years of experience in an operational environment, preferably in quality control.
You have strong analytical and systemic thinking skills and a high level of problem-solving competence.
-You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English and are confident in using MS Office, Google applications, SAP P1U.
