Remote YOUR ROLE: Drive growth and deliver high-value solutions As a key member of the business development team, you will drive growth by seizing new opportunities and delivering high-value packaging solutions across sectors such as retail, logistics, pooling, e-commerce, pharma or defense in Europe. Your main responsibilities are: Be a trusted partner by developing tailored packaging that solves logistics challenges and improves profitability. Manage the full sales process: initiating contacts, analyzing client needs, developing proposals and negotiating when necessary. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop custom-designed returnable packaging solutions. Coordinate activities with the technical/commercial back office in Poland and Germany to ensure efficient project management. Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs. This position is fully remote and home-based. Regular travel to visit customers throughout Europe is required. YOUR PROFILE: Entrepreneurial business developer with Packaging & Logistics expertise Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience). Industrial packaging expert with a proven track record in driving sales growth across one or more of following segments: retail, logistics, pooling, ecommerce, pharma, defence. Knowledge of Large Foldable containers is required. Results-oriented sales expert with a customer-first approach and entrepreneurial drive. Strong consultative approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Skilled in project management and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-impact solutions. Collaborative mindset with integrity, engagement, and a positive attitude. Autonomous and well-organized, with strong time management skills. Willingness to travel across Europe.
