You can look forward to
With your know-how in technical building management, you take on an important role in Facility Management for the Hannover Re Group premises including outdoor facilities in Hannover and maintain a continuous dialogue with in-house customers as well as internal and external experts.
1. Evaluating relevant laws & regulations in the core business of technical building management (operator responsibility)
2. Defining action fields and elaborating change requirements incl. implementation recommendations based on normative standards (change management)
3. Representing the client's interests in projects, expert point of contact for outside third parties
4. Supporting tendering procedures, involvement in placement
5. Supporting installations within technical building managements incl. on-call duty
6. Development and ongoing optimisation of internal standards & processes
You come equipped with
7. Engineer in the field of building services engineering, electrical engineering or facility management, or technician / master craftsman in the field of sanitary engineering, heating technology, climate control technology, ventilation technology or electrical engineering etc.
8. Experience in technical building management
9. Experience in dealing with laws, ordinances, standards and regulations
10. Experienced in the use of building management systems
11. Proficient user skills in German (at least level C1) and independent user skills in English (at least level B1)
