Our science is your advantage. We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager (f/m/i) located at our headquarter in Neu-Isenburg (Frankfurt am Main area). Your main responsibility will be the managing of all German UL Solutions sites in terms of facility topics. Working model: Onsite. Ensure safety, security and compliance across your assigned region Monitor all technical processes including quality assurance and FM document control Responsible for the profitability/value of our facility management contracts Revenue and cost control, as well as budget responsibility Plan, coordinate and monitor building-related projects Oversee all (large-scale) technical systems in compliance with legal regulations (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, site services etc.) Act as main contact person for external service providers, authorities, and utilities, as well as UL Solutions laboratory- and site leaders Procurement of materials and services, including requests for quotations and contract award discussions You have: Education/training in facility management, building services engineering or a comparable qualification Several years of Experience in the management of properties and technical facilities is an must have, ideally in a laboratory, critical or manufacturing environments Knowledge of local EU legal regulations and safety standards Negotiating skills and experience in procurement Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit Stakeholder management experience as well as strong communication skills Willing to travel up to 10% LI-SB1 UL LLC has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer.
