With a reputation for innovation and reliability, we provide organisations around the world with advanced technology to monitor and manage environmental challenges.Within the KISTERS Group, our HydroMet division provides world-class software and sensor solutions for environmental monitoring and data analysis, giving decision-makers the insight they need to manage floods, droughts and water quality.Become part of our KISTERS Group and support us in making a positive contribution to a more sustainable world.How you can contribute:Lead sales for HydroMet hardware solutions across the DACH region, with a focus on strategic growth and customer successDevelop and implement go-to-market activities for existing and new software solutions in both established and emerging segmentsManage key customer relationships through Key Account Management and regular on-site business development visitsDrive proactive new customer acquisition with a clear focus on outcomes (“Hunter mentality”)Oversee and manage tender processes in the environmental sectorDeliver structured, transparent CRM data and participate in monthly sales review meetingsRepresent KISTERS at trade fairs, conferences, and webinars, and actively build a strong network in the environmental monitoring communityProvide valuable customer feedback (VOC) to marketing and product development teamsYour Profile:A Master’s degree in Hydrology, Meteorology, or Civil/Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Measurement and Sensor TechnologyMinimum 5 years of experience in sales, consulting, or account management in the HydroMet or environmental monitoring marketSolid technical background in HydroMet instrumentation/Hardware; experience in environmental data management/analysis is a plusProven track record in achieving sales targets and managing long sales cycles independentlyExperience handling public or private environmental tender businessA relevant professional network in the HydroMet or environmental technology sectorNative-level fluency in German and excellent command of English (spoken and written).
