As one of the main technical interfaces engage and contribute to the definition of testable requirements and coach the test teams in implementing and performing test plans.* Test strategy and test approach. Collaborate with architects and designers to create testable, maintainable systems and convert requirements into test designs.* Guaranteeing the quality of the software by specifying product verification plans together with cross-functional verification teams (e.g. HW test engineering team).* Defining acceptance criteria & supported scenarios together with product owners & subject matter experts in the development teams.* Define the way of working for the software test engineering team and ensure that this way of working that is in line with (regulatory) standards & processes* Stakeholder management within and beyond own team, e.g. functional managers, project manager, systems engineers/ development engineers.* Designing and delivering comprehensive and efficient best practices.You are a part of the software test engineering team which ensures the software reliability of our patient monitor platform working together in a global team of software test engineers.**You're the right fit if:*** A team player, eager to invest in personal and team growth.* Strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking skills.
