We are currently recruiting for a HR business partner (m/f/d) on a FTC part-time (24hr per week) basis to support our Oberhausen office.
In this role you will ensure alignment of business objectives with employees and management in Oberhausen, Germany.
The position formulates partnerships across the HR function globally to deliver a value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
* Partners with the leadership team to execute the organizations Human Resource and Talent strategy. Focusing on current and future talent needs inclusive of: talent acquisition, management, development, succession planning and retention.
* Collaborates with departmental managers to forecast people needs to meet the business strategy.
* Provides support and guidance to management and teammates when complex, specialized, and confidential questions and issues arise.
* Monitors HR KPI
* Deals with HR data analysis regarding costs, attendance, absenteeism etc.
* Previously operated within a global business environment, collaborating across multiple regions and cultures
* Understands the importance of data-driven HR practices and uses metrics to support organizational goals
* Participates and represents HR function during quality and safety audits
* Manages time & attendance system, is the reference person for payroll issues
* Manage the payroll process on a monthly basis.
* Recommends and researches learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
* Provides induction for new hired and take care of the hiring process
* Trainer for some internal trainings
* Responsible of the communication for HR subjects
* Maintains relationship with external companies (eg. Universities, employment agencies, payroll company, ect)
* Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, complex absence management cases and investigations.
* Maintains compliance and provides specialist advice with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
* Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law, inclusive of data integrity, dashboards and HR metrics.
* Participates in Global HR projects.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Knowledge of German Labor law, disciplinary management and dismissal procedures.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or related software
* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
