#Lead a collaborative team (field sales, inside sales, presales) with a hands-on approach
Expand the partner landscape, focusing on the top 100 German system integrators
Build strong alliances with integrators, distributors, and vendors to deliver high-value networking projects
Drive the entire sales lifecycle—from partner planning to closing deals with end customers
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partner and customer success
15+ years’ experience in IT solution sales, ideally with a focus on networking or communications
~ Proven track record in managing complex solution sales and driving commercial success
~ Experience leading small sales teams (2+ years), with strong coaching and leadership skills
~ Confident in both technical sales and high-level partner discussions
~ Represent a cutting-edge networking portfolio with strong international backing
