Account Manager – Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions

Location: Bavaria region, ideally based in Munich / Augsburg / Ingolstadt

Hologic is on a mission to become the global leader in women’s health. Our Breast & Skeletal Health Division is dedicated to offering a complete range of solutions that help healthcare professionals perform early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of breast and skeletal conditions. We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany.

What You Can Expect:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
* Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory issues in the breast and skeletal health market.
* Provide regular feedback to the management team on market intelligence and customer insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Participate in regional and national trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote Hologic’s products and brand awareness.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

What We Expect:

* Previous sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong understanding of the medical devices market and the German healthcare system.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
