Your role
* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement
* Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product visions, technical requirements, and prioritized roadmaps
* Build and deploy new digital capabilities and features aligned with the product backlog and business priorities
* Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and platform teams to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans
* Ensure technical feasibility and scalability, working with development teams on architecture, integrations, and platform alignment
* Act as a bridge between business and technology, facilitating clear communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
* Define, track, and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and support data-driven decision making
* Ensure backbone platforms are fit for purpose, maintained, and aligned with regional and divisional needs
* Support go-to-market activities in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations
* Manage and be accountable for product-related budget and spendings
* Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices
About you
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
* 3–7 years of experience in product management, digital product ownership, or technical project management
* Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web/mobile platforms, APIs, and system integrations
* Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Nice to have
* Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, or data-centric products
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps concepts
