What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious Technical Project Manager to join our Backend Operations and Backend Development team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring that all backend operations align with our business objectives and client needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills.
You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
2. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
3. Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
4. Write comprehensive and accurate documentation
5. Monitor progress, provide status updates, and report any upcoming and foreseeable issues
Basic Qualifications:
* Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to write detailed project plans and reports
* High level of flexibility, outstanding self-management skills and the ability to quickly navigate in situations with limited information
* Good understanding of technical terminology and experience working with technical teams
* Reliable, independent, and accurate at work
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Technical background or experience in software development and web technologies
* Strong skills in mediating conflicts and negotiating resolutions
* Experience working with Jira, Confluence and other similar tools
