Your Mission
In this key role, you will develop and lead long-term strategic partnerships with selected key accounts—including university hospitals, private hospital groups, and purchasing alliances. You will design tailored solutions, negotiate at C-level, and drive innovations that deliver real value to patients and healthcare systems.

Strategic Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement account strategies for defined key customers, including goal setting, action planning, and performance tracking
2. Build and maintain strong networks at C-level (medical, administrative, financial)
3. Manage the entire account planning and mapping process: define shared performance goals, financial targets, and milestones
4. Lead contract and pricing negotiations across the full BSC portfolio, including value-added services
5. Actively coordinate cross-functional teams: Marketing, Health Economics, Clinical, and Service
6. Analyze market and reimbursement trends, derive strategic actions, and adapt national strategy accordingly
7. Position and sell our ADVANTICS™ portfolio (Services & Solutions) to strengthen long-term customer partnerships
8. Execute projects aimed at improving healthcare efficiency and patient care
Your Profile
9. Completed university degree (Master’s or equivalent), ideally in Business, Medicine, Health Economics, or a related field
10. 5–10 years of relevant experience in strategic sales, key account management, or business development in healthcare
11. Proven success in building C-level relationships and managing complex contract negotiations
12. Experience in project management from concept to execution
13. Strong change management and problem-solving skills
14. Analytical mindset combined with a creative approach to solutions
15. Excellent German and English language skills
16. Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
17. High willingness to travel
