Role: Supply Chain Manager – Renewables Location: Germany (Remote)

With a track record of delivering over 20GW of projects, their German operation is scaling rapidly to meet the country's energy transition targets.
The Role:
You will lead logistics planning, inventory control, and material readiness for utility-scale construction sites. The role combines supply chain management with procurement support ensuring seamless component flow, vendor performance, and site readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop supply chain plans for multi-site project execution.
Coordinate inbound logistics, warehousing, and transport partners.
Track equipment and material delivery in line with build schedules.
Collaborate with procurement on sourcing and delivery risk.
Maintain supplier KPIs and performance dashboards.
Requirements:
~5+ years in supply chain or procurement within Solar PV, Wind, or BESS.
~ Experience managing large-scale logistics and delivery programmes.
~ In-depth knowledge of German and EU supply networks.
~ Fluent in German (C1 minimum) and English.
