What You Will Do
1. Identify and acquire new customers among agreed target markets.
2. Build up and develop new key relationships with new customers.
3. Prepare a business plan for assigned markets which will ensure profitable growth consistent with corporate objectives.
4. Focus on building long-term relationships, driving direct and frequent customer interaction.
5. Build a Salesforce pipeline within those customers reflecting demand creating activities to meet upon agreed growth ambitions.
6. Provide market insights to further develop regional sales strategy.
7. Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
8. Degree in Engineering or related field, with at least several years’ experience in electronics industry.
9. Strong interpersonal skills to build new relationships and increase network.
10. Proactive entrepreneur mindset.
11. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
12. Fluent in English and German.
13. Ability to frequent travel.
What Will Put You Ahead
14. Experience using SAP and Salesforce.
15. Any other additional language skills.
