YOUR TASKS
* Follow up Tier 2 supplier production and deliveries from order to arrival at tower manufacturers
* Build demand‑vs‑capacity plans based on Tier 1 requirements
* Identify risks and drive mitigation and containment actions
* Analyze lead times and identify critical materials
* Evaluate supplier performance focused on on‑time delivery
* Coordinate closely with Global Sourcing, Planning, SQA, Logistics, Quality and Project Management
* Manage stock levels, inventory counting, PO creation and production tracking including supplier visits
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar technical education
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Sourcing
* Strong analytical abilities with a structured and organized working style
* Solid negotiation skills
* Leadership mindset and strong teamwork orientation
* Basic technical understanding
* Strong English skills and ERP experience (SAP), plus advanced Excel and PowerBI knowledge
