As the central authority for quality assurance, you will accompany highly complex defense projects from the quotation phase through to delivery and ensure compliance with the highest standards vis-à-vis customers and suppliers.

Your tasks
4. Specification, establishment and control of quality measures in offers and projects as well as monitoring of process compliance.
5. Central communication with customers, ZtQ, suppliers and internal stakeholders on all quality-related issues.
6. Creation and maintenance of the quality management plan and initiation of the entire inspection and acceptance planning.
7. Planning, implementation and evaluation of engineering reviews (ER) and quality gates (QG) including action tracking.
8. Co-decision in the selection of suppliers, performance of audits and approval of initial sample tests and series production at subcontractors.
9. Preparation of information for the assessment of product conformity, issuing of factory certificates and release for delivery to the customer.
10. Planning and estimation of quality services for quotations and responsibility for assigned project cost units (cost-to-complete).
Your profile
11. Completed technical Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification.
12. Several years of relevant expertise in project-related quality management as well as sound knowledge of QM and development standards.
13. Practical experience in system, hardware and software development as well as in verification and test methods.
14. Goal-oriented way of working, confident manner at all levels of the company and strong conflict management skills.
15. Business fluent in written and spoken English and willingness to travel worldwide.
