YOUR TASKS
In the Electronics Division at the Schortens site, you will work as a Software Project Manager on technical tasks within software development, including:
Capacity and cost planning, including responsibility for optimal collaboration and workload distributionEnsuring compliance with project and customer milestonesTeam leadership as well as project planning and controlSupporting cross-departmental and global collaboration between project teams, acting as an interface between the software team, project team, management, and customerReporting project progress to higher-level managementYOUR QUALIFICATIONSA degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable engineering qualificationInitial experience and technical knowledge in programming and software development; experience in software development, integration, or testing is desirableKnowledge of Automotive SPICEProficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Application Lifecycle Management toolsCompetence in managing project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and quality, along with the ability to independently develop conceptual solutionsStrong teamwork, assertiveness, and communication skillsExcellent written and spoken German and English skillsWHAT WE OFFER
