1. Selbständiges Programmieren, Rüsten und Bedienen der HSC Maschinen
2. Prozessplanung von Prototypen und Werkzeugen
3. Werkerselbstkontrolle mit „Bring“-Verantwortung
4. Das Teilespektrum umfasst Werkzeuge, Betriebs- und Messmittel und Prototypen vom Einzelteil bis zur Kleinserie
5. Prozessoptimierungen
6. Vorausschauende, rüstoptimale Planung der Maschinenbelegung
7. Laufzeitoptimierte Planung der Maschinenbelegung
8. Durchführen Maschinenwartungsarbeiten
9. Durchführen der geometrischen Prüfung der Maschine
10. Planung der produktiven Nutzung der Roboteranlage
11. Programmierung der Automatisierungsanlage
12. Entwicklung von Spannmittel
Required Skills and Education
13. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker
14. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen, vorzugsweise in der Werkzeugfertigung
15. Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem (Bei Bedarf auf 3-Schicht)
16. Bereitschaft zur Wochenendbereitschaft
17. Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein (Toleranzen) im ym-Bereich
18. Selbstständige, zielgerichtete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
19. Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
20. Strategisches und analytisches Denken
21. Terminbewußtsein
