Your tasks
7. to support Request For Proposal (RFP) projects and contract extensions
8. to contribute to RFP projects - coordinate relevant documents and tasks with the related functions (Engineering, R&T, Procurement, Programs), including the preparation of selection reports and final awards in line with the decisions
9. to contribute to and negotiate some SCAs (Supplemental Commercial Agreements) or material contracts for RFPs and contract extensions (amendments) in terms of the de-risking project with some potential bidders or contract holders
10. to support the buyers in implementing given policies/targets and ensure de-risking policies are properly integrated into such contract extensions
11. to contribute to and support the buyers in implementing market strategies based on the current supplier panel, technology intelligence, and benchmarks in all sourcing activities
12. to contribute to and support the management of suppliers' contracts, including claims, contractual review meetings, and the definition of continuous improvement targets (commercial competitiveness, quality, and delivery performance,
Your qualifications
13. a successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, economics or Supply Chain
14. work experience and knowledge in Procurement
15. first application knowledge in MS-Word and MS-Excel
16. business fluent language skills in English and German
