We are looking for a Project Manager to support our team in Germany.
Your responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for the complete execution of steel industrial, logistics and commercial projects
* Leadership and coordination of the project team throughout all project phases
* Technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services together with procurement
* Client support and coordination with specialist engineers and planning partners
* Ensuring quality, schedule and cost control
* Risk management and proactive development of solutions in case of deviations
Key success factors in this role are
* Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
* Extensive experience in structural works and/or turnkey construction (industrial/commercial sector) – preferably in steel construction
* Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
* Structured, independent and solution-driven working style
* Leadership capability and team spirit
* Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
* Willingness to travel
* Fluency in German language, English is an advantage
