Position: Operational Buyer (m/w/d)
Location: Oberderdingen
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with technical departments to accurately define purchasing requirements and product specifications.
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process including request for quotations, evaluation of supplier offers, and order placement.
* Monitor delivery schedules and handle order confirmation reviews to ensure timely deliveries.
* Maintain and update supplier and material master data in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
* Proactively research and identify potential new suppliers to enhance procurement options.
* Prepare and support purchasing and contract negotiations, including documentation for contract finalization.
* Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and processing.
Your Profile
* Completed commercial or technical vocational training.
* Practical experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
* Confident communicator in both written and verbal business interactions.
* High degree of initiative, independence, and teamwork skills.
