We are looking for a highly motivated colleague with an agile mindset to join our Finance & Controlling Team based in Bad Säckingen, Germany. You will report to the Vice President Finance & Controlling Foodservice Systems EMEA.
You will be part of our Graduate and Early Career (GEC) Program of 18 months, which enables you to:
1. Deliver meaningful projects with impact on our local and global business – from the very beginning
2. Own responsibilities and challenging projects for you to accelerate your professional development and personal growth
3. Enjoy the opportunity to influence stakeholders, bringing strategic thinking and creativity into play to challenge the status quo, with exposure to senior leadership
4. Take on more responsibility after successful completion of the program, either in your current team, or in a different function/division/location based on your performance and available opportunities
Your tasks
5. Develop insightful reports using our Business Analytics platform, in close collaboration with the global Business Analytics Team
6. Ensure high data quality and establish governance processes to maintain clean and reliable datasets
7. Identify and implement process improvements in Finance & Controlling to automate manual tasks and increase efficiency
8. Work on margin transparency projects
9. A set of challenging projects with impact on our local and global business to lead with continuous exposure to senior leaders
10. You will have the opportunity to influence stakeholders, bring your strategic thinking and your creativity into play and challenge the status quo
Requirements
11. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Finance & Controlling
12. You have gained your first working experience (max 2 years), ideally in a finance or controlling environment
13. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
14. Passion for numbers and a drive to create meaningful, data-driven reports
15. Ideally familiar with project management tools and proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
16. Strong interest in our business and curiosity to explore different functions and roles within Franke
17. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
18. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
19. A positive, proactive team player with an agile and growth-oriented mindset
20. Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and embrace new challenges
