Operate winding machines and control process parameters Prepare and execute production steps (e.g. layup, curing prep) Ensure no defective or unverified parts move forward Maintain stable machine operation Follow defined processes and standards Maintain clean and structured workspace Document process steps → Accountability & Candor: Own it. Speak early. Identify process deviations Suggest improvements Support optimization → Playfulness: Improve through execution.
