About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Customer Experience Optimization teams. These teams build the tools that help customers measure performance, deliver personalized content, and optimize experiences across channels.
You’ll work on a high-impact area that includes analytics, experimentation, personalization, and layout optimization, focused on empowering digital teams to make better decisions with data and AI. You'll be responsible for identifying problems, shaping solutions, and driving delivery in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders.
What to expect?
1. Own end-to-end delivery of key features within a product, across analytics, personalization, experimentation, or optimization
2. Run product discovery to deeply understand user needs through research and stakeholder collaboration
3. Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and measurable outcomes
4. Translate insights into actionable requirements and roadmap priorities
5. Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive real customer value
6. Track product performance through metrics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration and prioritization
7. Contribute to an iterative, outcomes-driven product culture
What you need to be successful
8. 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or data/AI-focused products
9. Proven track record of shipping features that deliver customer and business value
10. Strong product discovery skills — comfort with ambiguity, research, and validation
11. Familiarity with technical and data-rich products, and a willingness to grow your technical depth
12. Strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent product experience that meets business, technical, and compliance needs
13. Collaborative and approachable — able to build trust with cross-functional teams
14. Strong attention to detail, ensuring a cohesive product experience that aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and compliance requirements.
15. Collaborative and approachable, able to build positive working relationships with engineering, design, and members from different teams
16. Experience working with analytics, AI, personalization, or experimentation platforms is a plus
17. Strong written and verbal communication; ability to align diverse stakeholders
18. Comfortable defining metrics, interpreting insights, and driving iterative improvement
