Job Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization in maintaining and developing its quality management system, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop internal quality processes and procedures.
* Manage interfaces between departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Organize and conduct internal audits, accompany external audits, and derive audit measures that are implemented in working groups/projects.
* Maintain the document management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
* Create a comprehensive quality report highlighting areas of improvement and success.
* Supervise risk management activities to minimize potential risks and threats.
* External quality assurance through regular assessments and evaluations.
* Responsible for idea management, promoting innovation and creativity within the organization.
* Coordination of employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.
* Experience in quality and risk management is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent writing abilities.
* Solution-oriented and independent working style, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in relevant software tools.
* A degree in healthcare is highly desirable.
