The role As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the Paid Marketing X-Channel Team, a dynamic and cross-functional group working across creative, marketing, and technical domains. Reporting to the Technical Project Manager Lead, you will support the delivery of innovative initiatives that improve performance marketing capabilities, streamline processes, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. This role is based in Berlin. You will help execute strategic plans, driving innovative solutions that elevate performance marketing to the next level by leveraging advanced technology, scalable processes, and data-driven strategies. This role is ideal for someone with first experience in product or solution-oriented roles, ideally with exposure to customized bidding systems, tracking, or marketing tools, who also brings a solid understanding of online and performance marketing platforms. What you’ll do Support the Lead in managing and coordinating cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to execution and delivery Track and report on project progress, analyzing performance metrics and escalating blockers to the Lead when needed Contribute to tracking audits and GTM cleanups, supporting attribution accuracy and improving marketing signal quality Assist in implementing a marketing measurement framework, ensuring consistency across channels Collaborate on the transition to a 1st party cookie event tracking platform (Snowplow) by aligning marketing requirements with technical teams Execute privacy-related tasks, such as supporting regional audits and improving opt-in processes for email and paid marketing Partner with design, brand, and performance teams to roll out creative strategies and optimize workflows Organize project ceremonies, prepare documentation, and ensure smooth communication between teams What you’ll bring Familiar with online and performance marketing platforms and their tracking requirements Comfortable working with tracking solutions, attribution frameworks, and server-to-server (S2S) mechanisms Detail-oriented and able to translate technical requirements into clear action points. Strong in organization, time management, and problem-solving A collaborative team player who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders across functions At a minimum, you have 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing, creative, or digital environment Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and deliver on timelines Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable, etc.) Exposure to tracking and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Clarisights, Tableau) or digital asset management systems (e.g., Bynder) You have a good understanding of data clean rooms and their application in privacy-safe marketing and measurement Strong communication skills, capable of supporting stakeholder alignment Familiarity with agile practices and willingness to grow into more responsibility What we offer Elevate your lifestyle!
