Overview
As Senior Product Manager you'll bridge the gap between operational customers and our fast-moving engineering teams.
This is a high-impact, high-intensity role at the intersection of technology, customer requirements, and company strategy.
You’ll play a crucial role in shaping their UAV products, ensuring they meet mission-critical demands.
Responsibilities
* Bridge the gap between operational customers and engineering teams to align on product requirements and delivery timelines.
* Shape UAV products to meet mission-critical demands in a fast-moving environment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into clear specifications and roadmap priorities.
About You
* Have a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of complex engineering environments, ideally with a background in aerospace, robotics, defense, or embedded systems.
* Possess proven experience managing products involving hardware-software integration, particularly within high-integrity or mission-critical systems such as UAVs, robotic platforms, or defense technologies.
* Demonstrate operational exposure, ideally having worked closely with defense or dual-use technology customers, understanding the impact of product decisions on mission outcomes.
* Excel at clearly communicating technical concepts and requirements between engineering teams and operational stakeholders.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, capable of managing shifting priorities and making confident decisions under pressure.
Ideally you would also have
* Hands-on experience or close interaction with R&D teams, particularly with UAV systems or related technologies.
* Prior exposure to defense industry standards, compliance, or certification processes.
About the Team
The company have the mission to build advanced small Unmanned Systems to strengthen European sovereignty and security. Their focus is on UAV platforms and ground control systems, with plans to expand into maritime, ground, and multi-domain defense systems.
