Job Description
As Senior Account Manager you will:
1. Own the commercial relationship with strategic accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all testing-related needs
2. Drive account development through structured planning, stakeholder mapping, and proactive engagement
3. Translate client challenges into tailored testing solutions, leveraging Eurofins’ full capability portfolio
4. Lead client-facing feasibility sessions, workshops, and negotiations with confidence and clarity
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction, without micromanaging execution
6. Maintain CRM discipline as a reflection of strategic thinking, not administrative compliance
7. Represent Eurofins externally with credibility: at conferences, webinars, and industry forums
Qualifications
Must have:
8. Formal degree not required; proven commercial success and domain understanding are valued over degrees.
9. Proficiency in CRM systems, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
10. Experience in agile, fast-paced commercial environments with cross-functional collaboration.
11. Exposure to digital health, MedTech innovation, or data-driven sales approaches.
12. Strong commercial acumen: ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions, understand margin dynamics, navigate complex pricing structures, and influence decision-making across stakeholder levels.
13. Willingness for regular travel within the target region
14. Language Requirements: German and English C1/C2.

15. Advanced degree or certification in regulatory affairs, MedTech, or business strategy
16. Knowledge of GLP/GMP environments and testing workflows
