YOUR TASKS
* You coordinate strategic projects during their execution phase, involving locomotives in your region
* You lead local projects from requirements definition to implementation — managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
* You plan, organize, and coordinate locomotive modifications and revisions with suppliers, based on the global project schedule — and may also support acquisition projects
* You ensure revision planning is communicated to all stakeholders (e.g. clients, CCM) and proactively manage any deviations together with suppliers, project engineers, operations, and ECM
* You report progress and risks to the programme manager and escalate issues where needed
* You set up and maintain processes to manage project scope, quality, performance, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
* You develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans for each project
* You regularly monitor progress to ensure alignment with timelines and project scope
* You document and report project outcomes and escalate risks as appropriate
* You follow the company’s project management methodology and best practices
