We are partnering with a leading contractor in the data center industry that is looking for experienced MEP Project Managers in Germany and across Europe
About the Role
Play a key role in the delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects within the data centre sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Director to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communicate project goals, updates, and challenges clearly across internal and external teams.
* Support the development of project scopes, execution strategies, and budgets, applying engineering principles to enhance performance and value.
* Produce accurate, detailed project reports and maintain high-quality project documentation.
* Direct project teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deliverables are completed on schedule.
* Track and report project performance data during regular reporting cycles.
* Collaborate with Commercial and Senior Management teams to identify, escalate, and resolve project or contractual issues.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong technical background in project delivery within the construction industry.
* Minimum of 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects.
* Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) with strong reporting and presentation skills.
* Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
