Title: National Account Manager, Healthcare - Flooring
Area to covered: Germany
Package: €70,000 - €80,000 + up to 80% annual bonus (based on gross profit margin, revenue, team performance & company performance ) + company car

Responsibilities:
* Driving project sales for a leading designer and manufacturer of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring products
* Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new commercial contract business in the health care & senior living markets, gaining national framework agreement specifications
* Reporting directly to Head of Sales Germany
* Focus on sustainability with numerous products certified as having a positive impact on the environment
* Strong sales background with ability to generate leads and achieve revenue goals
* To provide the sales software, which is currently "Salesforce", with accurate and regular information for the sales team
* To provide hierarchy with all information necessary for the commercial policy:communicate once every 4 weeks an activity report and a project forecast. Include in activity reports all information concerning identified projects, competitors' actions
* Participate in various events relating to the company's activity (seminars, meetings, trade fairs, etc.)
* Responsible for +€1m revenue
Requirements:
* Must have selling to specifiers & architects, winning project specifications within the healthcare sector, ideally furniture or flooring
* Motivated, hunter mentality, on the up in their career, no journeymen
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred
* Ability for regional travel
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a good level of English as well German
* Must have a valid German driver's license
