Your Role - Own the Client, Drive the Growth
* Take ownership in identifying, pursuing, and securing new corporate client relationships
* Prepare, calculate, monitor, and negotiate client offers, tenders or request for proposals
* Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across clients and their supply chain
* Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of our CRM system (HubSpot)
* Deliver exceptional and proactive client service
* Coordinate the client onboarding process in co-operation with our Client Success Team to ensure smooth program roll-out
* Manage business relationships at all levels within the client organization
* Work closely with Product to shape new solutions based on client needs and market feedback
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales, Finance or a related field
* 3+ years’ in a client-facing, commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Client Success)
* Savvy and convincing communication and inter-personal skills
* Pro-active, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset, able to collaborate with a highly professional team
* Excellent organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in German and English – other languages are a plus
