Portfolio & Category Management: Support the development and execution of product portfolio strategies across tobacco categories and markets in East Europe & CIS markets. Oversee and manage the full product lifecycle, from launch to discontinuation, ensuring compliance and profitability.
Product Development & Innovation: Lead regional implementation of new and existing product initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt products to local consumer needs, manage packaging updates, and ensure market-specific compliance.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity using syndicated data sources. Commercial Support: Work closely with commercial teams to support portfolio performance and operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet local regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Management: Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret market insights and financial metrics to drive portfolio decisions. Portfolio & Project Management: Proven experience managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional projects independently, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Skilled in stakeholder management within a matrix organization.
Detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on. Demonstrates ownership and strong cross-functional project management skills.
Language Skills: Fluent in German and English. Russian would be beneficial.
