Your tasks
4. Providing comprehensive advice to internal customers on all aspects of technical and infrastructural building management.
5. Independent planning, calculation and tendering as well as operational management of complex construction projects in the field of building services.
6. System-side support and operation of CAFM applications, building management systems and other technical systems.
7. Ensuring operational safety through maintenance planning, warranty tracking and support for TÜV and expert inspections.
8. Coordination and quality control of external specialist companies and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
9. Efficient processing of fault reports and site-related service orders.
10. Active involvement in the optimization of energy and environmental management concepts to increase resource efficiency.
Your profile
11. Successfully completed technical studies in electrical engineering, facility management or a comparable field.
12. Several years of relevant professional experience in technical building planning or industrial property management.
13. Sound user knowledge of MS Office and routine in dealing with CAD systems and building control software.
14. Business fluent German and good English skills for communication in an international environment.
15. Willingness to undertake occasional business trips within our project locations.
16. Strong service orientation combined with a confident assertiveness towards external partners.
