Product Manager Customer Portal (m/f/d)
Your tasks
* Take full ownership of our central customer platform
* Define the product vision and strategic purpose (“the why” behind the product)
* Translate strategy into a scalable roadmap for the portal and its digital services
* Further develop the governance structure and shared product vision
* Collaborate closely with business units and integrate their requirements
* Ensure a consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints
* Set KPIs to measure success and manage regular releases
* Coordinate interdisciplinary internal teams and external partners
* Work alongside the Technical Service Owner to optimize product performance
* Plan and oversee the product budget
* Analyze market trends and competitors for continuous improvement
* Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to the customer platform
Your profile
* A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in digital product management - ideally with a focus on portals, platforms, or SaaS solutions
* Strong technical expertise and proven UX competence
* Mastery of stakeholder management in complex organizational environments
* Proficient use of UX research methods to make customer-centric decisions
* Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven choices
* Deep knowledge of business development and product marketing
* Confident command of agile methods and frameworks
* Clear communicator with excellent facilitation skills and a diplomatic approach
* Fluent in German and English at a professional negotiation level
