Strategic Account Manager Neuwied, Rhineland-Palatine, Germany (hybrid)Responsibilities:Technical and commercial support for foundry/thermal (glass/copper and aluminum) customers in Germany and abroadIdentification of potential new customers as well as their acquisition and supportEstablishment and maintenance of customer relationships incl.

further development and CRM documentationPreparation and execution of trials with new and existing customersConducting presentations in-house and at customer sitesDefinition and development of customer-specific products and suitable formulationsTechnical and commercial benchmarking against competitive productsDetermination of customer needs and execution of utility value analysesPreparation of technical-commercial concepts, offers including price and condition negotiations with new and existing customersParticipation in reporting, budgeting and forecasting processesEnsuring safety-related rules and behaviorCarrying out market, product and competition analysesParticipation in cross-divisional sales and marketing projectsParticipation in trade fairs, exhibitions and professional events at home and abroadRequirements:Experience in sales of technical and explanatory products, preferably within the foundry/thermal (glass/copper and aluminum) industry or industrial mineralsDegree in foundry/thermal technology or similar, but not mandatorySelf-motivation, result orientation, and will to succeedSelf-starter and finisher with persuasive powerUnderstanding and implementation of the Value-In-Use approachStrong communication and negotiation skills including the ability to listenAnalytical ability and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel domestically and partially abroadAmbition for self, team and business developmentLanguage skills in German and English (written and spoken)Driving license for passenger carsTeam playerIT applications such as MS Office, presentation, word processing, spreadsheet, web tools, etc.ContactAPPLY NOWCalderys
