Our Customer Account Management Central department is part of the Vestas NCE business unit and is responsible for expanding and maintaining customer relationships in the service business within the Central region (Benelux, Germany, Austria). We handle full account management, develop strategic approaches for customer retention, and manage the sale and negotiation of our service products, including contracts and upgrades.
To support our sales team, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Rheine, Berlin, or Hamburg, focusing on the German market.
Your exciting tasks:
1. Identify customer needs and develop tailored service solutions to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
2. Regularly liaise with internal stakeholders on commercial service-related topics
3. Develop project-specific offers and contracts for existing and new projects
4. Negotiate complex service and framework agreements on your own
5. Identify and develop new service opportunities
6. Coordinate and harmonize service, service sales, and turbine sales activities
Your profile:
7. Degree in technical or business studies
8. Experience in sales and account management of complex B2B investment goods or comparable service products
9. Experience in service or the wind industry
10. Effective negotiation skills and customer focus
11. Proficient in both spoken and written German (C1/C2) and English
12. Willingness to travel within the region (%)
