Act as a trusted HR advisor, coach, and change partner, influencing leaders to strengthen people leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. Lead employee relations matters with sound judgement and a strong working knowledge of German Labor Law. Translate business and operational needs into practical, executable HR solutions, supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
