* Technical leadership in the ServiceNow SPM area of responsibility
* Project management of international SPM rollouts
* Continuous development of the product in line with strategy and requirements
* Organization of the work of our service providers in this area
* Concepts, process and procedure documentation, and the creation of solution scenarios
* Consulting and support for HYDAC specialist departments and responsibility for 2nd level
* Stakeholder management, as well as change management and quality control in SPM
How you can inspire us
* At least 4 years of university study (master's/diploma) in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar
* Many years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, ideally with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
* Sound experience in project management (classical/agile)
* Strong customer and service orientation as well as flexibility
* Development expertise in the area of ServiceNow SPM
* Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP desirable
* High affinity for the effective interaction of IT and business processes
* Results- and process-oriented approach to work, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Awareness of current trends and developments in ServiceNow, especially with regard to SPM
